Yes, a $50.00 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable after your event provided equipment is returned in clean condition.
The balance is payable in full 2 days prior to delivery of the equipment if paying by Direct Deposit or Credit Card. Payments can be made by cash or cheque on day of delivery.
All goods booked and then cancelled on the day prior to delivery will be charged 50% of the hire rate. All goods booked and then cancelled on the day of delivery will be charged 100% of the hire rate.

Customer to supply labour to help erect and dismantle marquee. One person is required for marquees up to [6m x 9m], two people are required for [6m x 12m] up to [6m x 18m]. Only one person is required to assist with dismantle. Add On Hire will supply one qualified staff member to supervise the erection and dismantle process.
